This is a perfect 11-day safari for Kenya and Tanzania. It is a joined group budget safari that gives you an opportunity to enjoy the great and famous parks in East Africa. You’ll have a high chance of seeing all the Big Five and get a lot of unforgettable memories. You will be able to visit Kenya and Tanzania all together in these 11 days.

11 Days /10 Night

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

You will depart from Nairobi in the morning for a journey south through the floor of the Great Rift Valley. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at Narok. Proceed with the journey and arrive at the Mara for an afternoon game drive. Masai Mara offers excellent big cats sightings especially if timed well with the yearly wildebeest great migration. Later on, you’ll drive to your camp.

Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Lenchada Tourist Camp/Similar

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you’ll leave the camp or lodge with a picnic lunch and explore the park to see its myriad of attractions. Masai Mara has recently been crowned the seventh Wonder of the World. You’ll also visit the Mara River to see hippos and crocodiles. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before proceeding with an afternoon game drive. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Lenchada Tourist Camp/Similar

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Naivasha

In the morning, you’ll enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive between 6.30 am and 8.30 am. Then you’ll return to the camp for breakfast and check out. You’ll begin the journey to Naivasha with lunch at Narok. You will arrive in Naivasha later in the afternoon and you can decide to do an optional sunset boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at Buraha Zenone Hotel/Similar

Day 4: Lake Naivasha - Nairobi - Arusha

After breakfast, you’ll drive to Nairobi for lunch. Then you’ll be dropped off at the shuttle station for an afternoon shuttle bus to Arusha. You’ll arrive in Arusha in the evening. You’ll also meet your host at the lounge for a short briefing about your safari the next day. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at The Charity Hotel.

Day 5: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha, then depart for Tarangire National Park. Your first experience of the safari will be a thrilling game drive through the vastness of Tarangire National Park, with your packed lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park and lunch at the picnic site. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Fanaka  Lodge

Day 6: Drive to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive en route to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro. We will visit the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world—Serengeti National Park. The word ‘Serengeti’ means ‘endless plains’ which describes the park’s 5,600 square mile boundary. Yet for its sprawling area, the Serengeti does not disappoint when it comes to rich game viewing. Annually, from May to December, millions of animals embark on a migration that brings them from Central Serengeti to Kenya’s Masai Mara and back again in an incredible spectacle. Even during the ‘down-time’, vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle roam here, along with groups of elephant, giraffe, and buffalo. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals stalk their meals. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in this open arena. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

Day 7: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park with packed lunch until late in the evening. Then you’ll drive back to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Serengeti does not disappoint when it comes to rich game viewing.

Annually, from May to December, millions of animals embark on a migration that brings them from Central Serengeti to Kenya’s Masai Mara and back again in an incredible spectacle. Even during the ‘down-time’, vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle roam here, along with groups of elephant, giraffe, and buffalo. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals stalk their meals. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in this open arena. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

Day 8: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park, admiring its beauty. At noon, you will stop to have a picnic lunch. After lunch, enjoy a game drive en-route Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite on the rim of the crater.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara National Park

You’ll have an early breakfast at around 5:50 am and then descend down the crater at 6:00 am for a 6-7 hours game drive. We will venture onto the crater floor for an up-close view of the residents of this World Heritage Site. We’ll also get to enjoy a picnic lunch here. The Ngorongoro Crater provides great game viewing all year round. The wildlife here makes up a permanent population because grazing and water supplies are plentiful throughout the seasons. You’ll later have an afternoon drive to Fanaka Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 10: Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha

Today, you’ll proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop are the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the soda lake. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in this area. It has open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodland, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of birds. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions. In the afternoon, you’ll drive to Arusha for an overnight stay at Charity Hotel.

Day 11: Departure from Arusha - Nairobi

After breakfast, you’ll depart with a morning shuttle bus back to Nairobi. You can either be dropped off Jomo Kenyatta Airport directly or to the City center. End of our service!
