Because Kenya and Tanzania are neighboring countries, you will be able to visit their big parks, Masai Mara in Kenya and the Serengeti in Tanzania.

9 Days /8 Night
Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel/place of stay at 7:00 am – 8:45 am and depart Nairobi in the morning. You will drive to Masai Mara through the Great African Rift Valley and Narok, the Maasai Town. Have the first stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint then proceed to Narok town for lunch. Afterward, you will leave and proceed to Mara arriving in good time for an evening game viewing. You will check in at the camp, then leave for a game drive through the park in search of the lion, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, and other members of the Big Five plus other animals. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Mara Springs Safari Camp.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
You will have an early morning breakfast and then leave the luxury tented camp for your full-day game drive from 7:35 am-7:45 am. Your full-day game drive is to be accompanied by your packed lunch which will be served at Mara River with hippos, crocodiles, and millions of wildebeest. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Mara Springs Safari Camp.
(Optional activities include a visit to the Maasai Village until 7:00 pm at $25 per person).

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi
You will have an early morning game viewing between 6:30 am-10:00 am. You will be back at the camp for the main breakfast and brunch lunch at your camp. You can check out of the camp and drive to Nairobi arriving at your place of stay before the sun goes down at 4:00 pm-5:00 pm. Dinner and your overnight stay will be in After40 Hotel in Nairobi.

Day 4: Nairobi - Arusha
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and head to the Shuttle station for your shuttle to Arusha. You will arrive in Arusha in the afternoon. Upon arrival, you will meet with our representative who will drive you to Ambassador Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park
Proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the soda lake. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of birds. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Africa Safari Lake Manyara (comfort tent)

Day 6: Manyara - Serengeti National Park
Today you will drive to Serengeti National Park for an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch. You will have a perfect time in this amazing Tanzania park. The park has large numbers of animals like big cats, elephants, and others. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Serengeti Wild Camp.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro
After breakfast, you will be driven to the airstrip for your morning flight to Ruaha National Park, a flight of approximately 2 hours. A guide from Ruah River lodge will meet you and game-drive you through this very different park, arriving at the camp for lunch. Settle in here and enjoy views overlooking the great Ruah River and elephants coming down to drink enjoy your time with a beer, before going on an afternoon game drive, exploring the sandy riverbeds looking for elephants as they dig for water or leopards hiding in the rocky kopjes.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend down the crater for about 6-7 hours with a picnic lunch. This is the perfect time to explore the floor of the crater with a great scenery. This is the only place where animals and people (the Maasai people) live together. After lunch you will drive back to Arusha for dinner and your overnight stay at Ambassador Hotel.

Day 9 Arusha - Nairobi
Have an early breakfast, then we will depart at around 7:30 am from your hotel to the shuttle station for a shuttle to Nairobi via Namanga. You will arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and there you will continue with your journey to the airport or to your next destination.
NOTE: The shuttle can drop you straight at Jomo Kenyatta Airport incase you don’t have anything to do in Nairobi town or maybe time is not enough to go to the city centre and back to the airport later. Let us know this in time of booking.
You can also opt to fly from Kilimanjaro Airport instead of Nairobi. This way you don’t have to drive again back to Nairobi. We have plenty international flights from Kilimanjaro, so please check the best option for you.
