Itinerary
Welcome to Tanzania
Once you set foot on Tanzanian soil, you will immediately be embraced by the friendly nature of the people. Outside, our representative awaits with a broad smile to welcome you, and accompany you to the lodge where you will receive a heartfelt welcome. During the journey, you will catch a glimpse of Tanzania's amazing landscape, and perhaps the ever-present Impressive Mt. Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, we will be provided with a briefing for your entire safari.

Breakfast: At the lodge.
Morning: Explore one of Tanzania’s most rewarding national parks, a land of big baobab trees, big elephants and big cats. No wonder this ends up being the favourite park in Tanzania for many visitors. Sightings of wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, baboons, vervet monkeys and zebras are also almost guaranteed. Lions are plentiful here – Tarangire is home to one of Tanzania’s healthiest lion populations. While you’ll have to work a little harder to see a cheetah or leopard, it will only enhance your excitement when you do. You can also look forward to classic safari scenery – savannah plains, river woodlands and rocky hills.
Lunch: We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park.
Afternoon: After lunch, we’ll continue our game-viewing to witness the wildlife of Tarangire. Afterwards, we’ll head to our lodgings, a lodge in the midst of the Ngorongoro highlands
Dinner: At the lodge.
Evening: You are free to remain in the lounge area to discuss the day’s activities or share pictures of the animals you saw with friends and family members at home.

Following breakfast, transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. There is a profusion of wildlife in this small national park, and the amazing bird-watching experience will certainly be rewarding to both a devotee and a first-time bird watcher. It is also among the few places on the African continent to see the tree-climbing lions, which will be your main quest for the day. Manyara, in addition, prides in a large flock of beautiful pink flamingoes found near the lake. You will have lunch at the picnic site and proceed with your game viewing, and in the late evening, proceed to the Ngorongoro conservation area for an overnight.

Today you will drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and down into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Grass steppes and acacia forests are home to almost all the species of animals found in the East African savannah. In only a few hours, you have the chance of spotting four of the big five – lion, Elephant, Buffalo, and Rhino. After extensive game viewing and a picnic in the crater, you will leave the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon and depart for the central part of the Serengeti. This part is famous for the abundance of lions and leopards that can usually be seen quite easily. Game viewing in the central area is spectacular all year round. Enjoy the views of endless plains and stunning wildlife like cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hippos, ostrich, jackals, hyenas, hyrax, and many more. Dinner and overnight will be at Shuhudia Adventure Camp.

You will spend your next two days unwinding the secrets of the migration, and it will be full of surprises in the north. You will see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River. You may also get the rare sighting of crocodiles attacking them during migration. Its habitat consists of rolling hills, kopjes, plains, and riverine. It offers great game viewing of big cats and other wild animals like rhino, hippo, rock hyrax, giraffe, and reedbuck. You will relish your stay and dinner at Serengeti Wilderness Tented Camp Migration Camp.

After breakfast, game en route to the Isebania border. Arrive in time for lunch, paperwork, proceed with a game drive in the Maasai Mara. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba lodge.

After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape is scenic, with savannah grassland on rolling hills. The Masai Mara National Reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography. After the game viewing, have a break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. The dinner will be served, and you will stay overnight at the camp. Mara Simba tented camp.

Today’s itinerary is flexible, and you can discuss with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today’s schedule. You can either have a relaxed breakfast or depart for full-day game drives around 9:00 AM with a packed lunch and return to the lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness a hunt/kill). Later return to the accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit, and depart on an afternoon game drive with a packed lunch. You will stop at a picnic spot to have a packed lunch and later depart on a game drive till the park is closed. Around 6:00 PM, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You’ll enjoy another morning game drive before returning to Nairobi on your scheduled flight.
