Day by Day
Day 1:
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You leave Arusha after breakfast with a picnic lunch packed safely away. The Rift Valley landscape drifts past as your guide heads for Tarangire National Park, the least visited reserve on the itinerary but one capable of delivering fantastic game viewing. Home to Tanzania’s biggest elephant population, Tarangire supports large numbers of buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many antelope species, most evident during the dry season when concentrations of animals at the life-giving Tarangire River are at their peak.
You stop at a picnic site and enjoy your lunch with breath-taking views of the park’s landscape and the river below you, and maybe in the company of elephants drinking and digging water from the sand River banks, after lunch proceeds with game viewing and the late afternoon leave the park and, drive to your accommodation, Africa Safari camp located on beautiful Rift Valley flour surrounded by the acacia woodland.

Day 2:
Manyara to Serengeti National Park.
After a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, we set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of Serengeti National Park – a famous migration corridor and UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you’ll have a chance to witness the great migration of wildebeest and zebra. Depending on the time of the year, the migration is within the southern grass plains and the central part during the months of December-May. Within these two days, we will explore the park’s rich habitats for the big cats who rule the plains, Serengeti is home to lions, leopards, hippos, cheetahs, giraffes, elands, warthog, and hyrax.
The plains are dotted with mammoth rock out-crop, swamps, valleys, acacia tree lines, and River-line habitats, in the central part, marking game-viewing good throughout the year. Our camp is set in the central park giving us perfect movement for game viewing. Dinner and overnight Serengeti Tortillis tented camp.

Day 3:
Explore the Central Serengeti National Park.
This entire day is set aside for game drives upon the eastern Serengeti. The Serengeti, the habitat of an abundance of wildlife such as impala, buffalo, crocodile, and hippo, is more well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. The animals’ trek is determined by the rainfall and varies from year to year. From (November to December), the animals move from the northern region, dominated by woodlands and hills, to the grassy plains of the south. During the longer rainy season from (April to May), they return to the central. Apart from the migrating herds, we may have the opportunity to see the resident predators, leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.
After an extensive game drive, we head for our tented lodge for a hearty dinner and another night by the fire of relaxation and conversation under the sweeping majesty of the star-bright African night out upon the ‘Endless Plain’.

Day 4:
Serengeti National Park to Southern Short Grass Plains.
After an early breakfast, we head out for another game drive upon the Serengeti. We may have the opportunity to spot the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – before embarking on our journey to the Ndutu region.
The animals roam freely through the unfenced reserves offering us an uninterrupted game-viewing experience.
Arriving at Lake Ndutu we have our first glimpse of what awaits us the following day – glistening woodland, open grassland, Lakes, swamps, and a myriad number of animals.
We spend the evening and night at one of our carefully selected mid-range partner lodges, boasting aesthetically tasteful restaurants and the most commodious of rooms for your rest, ease, and dreams of the African Wild.

Day 5:
Full day exploring the Ndutu Region.
After our hearty breakfast, we head out to enjoy a full-day game drive in the Ndutu region. We endeavor to explore the range of different habitats found here that include swamps, woodland, soda lakes, and the world-famous Serengeti short grass plains. We will see the awesome sight of the great thronging herds of wildebeest and zebra. During a short time, a frame around January, normally lasting for about 3 weeks, the majority of the wildebeest calves, dropping in the region of half a million young in this awesome act of synchronized birthing. The sea of grass provides little cover and the young Wildebeest calves can run minutes after they are born and within 30 minutes, they are normally strong enough to keep up with the herd.
As our full day of adventure upon the ‘Endless Plain,’ we depart to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 6:
Ndutu Region to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
A drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area in the morning will give you an opportunity to see wildebeest mothers dropping their babies and hunting wild predators. We will drive through the Makao area to get a rare sighting of endangered wild dogs. You will spend the night at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge and have your dinner.
Takes place. You can also see wildebeest calving which will amaze you. This place is famous for cheetah hunting so you can explore your skills. The beautiful exotic wild animals like lions, hyenas, bat-eared foxes, giraffes, etc. will give you an experience of a lifetime. You can also find flamingos, vultures, and dung beetles around Lake Ndutu and Masaki add to its beauty. When you see beautiful sunrise and sunset you feel contented. After a wonderful day, you can have your dinner and stay at Ngorongoro Tortillis camp.

Day 7:
Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Eyasi
Explore the crater floor.
Leave your lodge very early in the morning, and drive through the Ngorongoro conservation before descending, 610 meters down to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 265 square kilometers. Despite its small size, the Crater is a Big 5 country and the openness of the terrain means easy and rewarding game viewing. You will spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping to picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds.
Formed by a massive volcanic eruption, the world’s largest intact and un-flooded caldera provides a year-round home to an astonishing 25,000 large mammals including black rhino, wildebeest, and zebra along with Africa’s densest concentrations of hyena.
The Crater’s forests shelter elephants and buffalo, and its wetlands are home to hippos and flamingos while lions, jackals, leopards, and caracals make up the full range of predators. Late afternoon leaves the crater behind and drive to the remote Lake Eyasi for insight into the Bushmen culture, and survival skills.

Day 8:
Lake Eyasi to Karatu
We will leave the camp with a local guide for hunting at five in the morning. He will take you to one of their camps where you join other members for hunting. After an exciting experience of hunting the guide will take you to one of their camps. You can try your hands at shooting with arrows. The guide will take you to the blacksmith village where you can see the Datonga tribe making arrows. After an exciting cultural tour, we will return to the camp for brunch. We start our drive to Karatu for an overnight stay at a plantation farm lodge /similar and for a peaceful dinner with lovely memories

Day 9:
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha Town
Following breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara National Park. There is a profusion of wildlife in this small national park, and the amazing bird-watching experience will certainly be rewarding to both a devoted and first-time bird watcher. It is as well among the few places on the African continent to see the tree-climbing lions that will be your main quest for the day. Manyara, in addition, prides in a large flock of beautiful pink flamingoes found near the lake, other sightings include hippos, elephants, giraffes, zebra, leopard, and buffaloes in the afternoon drive back to Arusha, and you will be dropped at your hotel or the airport for your onward connection.
